MBC Charity Fashion Show
As the Activities Chair on the executive board of Mizzou Black Creatives, I am delighted to share our recent achievement in organizing a charity fashion show. The event successfully raised funds for True North, a comprehensive program dedicated to supporting victims of domestic and sexual violence. True North's services aim to empower individuals who have experienced abuse, helping them embark on the journey of healing and regain control of their lives.
By spearheading this initiative, I not only demonstrated my commitment to social justice but also showcased the fusion of my passion for social justice with my love for fashion. This event served as a testament to my ability to contribute meaningfully to causes that matter, transcending the boundaries of design.
The showcased collection is a manifestation of my profound love for fashion design and a platform to refine my distinctive design style. Aligned with MBC's winter wonderland theme, this collection stands out as a testament to my design prowess. Pay close attention to the subtleties of luxury design, the seamless integration of cohesive themes, and the thoughtful consideration given to each design with the model in mind. This project not only encapsulates my artistic expression but also reflects my dedication to creating fashion with a purpose.

MBC Gala
This collection is about the feminine and masculine energy and power dynamic I've experienced in relationships. A story of how I presented myself in relationships and how I have self reflected and currently show up as my true myself. While I believe color has no gender I utilized society’s association of pink and blue to represent feminine and masculine energy respectively. This is a showcase of my many different skills from pattern making, sewing, draping, sketching, and even unconventional methods and materials. This is proof of how much I can accomplish under pressure as this was all accomplished in a week.

A Euphoric Experience
A fashion show inspired by the hit HBOMax drama series “Euphoria”
This collection is inspired by Euphoria of course but, I was particularly inspired by Maddy's wardrobe and its love for cutouts. The black and white theme in the collection is to give it a classic, contemporary, and clean aesthetic. This show is to showcase my range of talent and expression of design; the first model has a more casual look compared to the final look being more Avant-garde. I enjoyed this process because I had a week to construct all of these looks and it forced me to create under pressure and really rely on my knowledge and talent because I didn’t have time to learn new skills.
